An open wooden staircase leads to both floors. On the first floor is found the kitchen and living area. The house is crafted from local natural stone and indigenous woods such as kiaat, yellowood and cottonwood.
Kitchen
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with an imported hob, dishwasher and washer drier. And of course fridge-freezer. There is a ten seater kiaat dining room table and ample cutlery and crockery for a dinner party.
Dining area
The dining area opens into a generous reception room with view balcony. A TV with satellite reception (DSTV), CD/DVD player, VCR and sound system is provided for your entertainment. An imported Swedish stove enhances the ambience of a cold winter's evening with a wood fire.
Entertainment area
The dining area opens into a private garden with indigenous local flora. A Koi pond, now inhabited by friendly frogs, koi and goldfish and waterplants provides a waterfeature. A plunge pool overlooking the bay and a 'braai' or BBQ makes those summer evenings even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is not fenced.
