Price depends on the season and length of stay and are charged in £ Sterling. South African Rands/ Euros/ Dollars accepted at current exchange rates. Exchange rates are favourable for local residents. On average the price per day is around £150/day for the house- higher during high season, lower in low season. This averages to be £25 per person per day for a full house. The rates can be negotiated if the house is not fully occupied.
Prices are lower per day the longer the rental period.

Conditions: A deposit of 30% of rental price to be paid on booking. Balance of rent and security deposit to be paid by 8 weeks (56 days) prior to start of rental period. Security deposit: £300, or equivalent, to be paid at time of final payment prior to start of rental period. This is refundable at the end of the rental period.
Non-smokers only.
An open staircase leads to both floors. The pool is not fenced. These features may present a hazard for young and mobile children. The parents or caregivers are fully responsible for their children whilst in the property.
